Introducing our Estate Planning Seminars: Combining the Power Knowledge and Planning

On Behalf of | Mar 25, 2025 | Estate Planning

When you hear the word estate planning, there may be several thoughts that come to mind. For some people, this word may draw up a blank. They may think estate planning is irrelevant to them because they must first obtain a certain wealth status to begin thinking about their future. This is not true. Anyone can start planning or at least understand how they can plan for their future or their family’s future. For others, estate planning sounds like something good that they should probably do eventually, but not right now. Procrastination always feels more comfortable in the moment, but being proactive and prepared reaps better results in the long run. Maybe none of these apply to you. You may be able to add some depth to a conversation when someone brings up estate planning and you may even be able to distinguish between a last will and a living will. These seminars are for everyone.

Our seminars are for anyone who is interested in learning more about taking the next step in planning their future. In these seminars, Attorney Charles Rick, Esq will cover topics specifically related to trusts, namely, the differences between a last will and living trust, special issues for singles, blended families and families with young children and also crisis, spousal and legacy planning. Charles Rick, Esq is a seasoned attorney and the Founder and Principal of Rick Law, LLC. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Estate Planning and Family Law and has been representing individuals and small businesses for 16 years.

From the Marketing Director’s Desk: There are two goals that are at the core of creating our estate planning seminars. Education and Protection. The more people know, the better equipped they are to plan for themselves and their loved ones.
