Biography:

Dan comes to Rick Law with almost 30 years of both law and business experience. Dan started his career in litigation representing clients from insurance companies to large corporations to oil and gas companies before transitioning to business ownership. He then owned 3 multi-million dollar companies while handling the transactional and labor aspects of those businesses, and uses his experience across a wide range of fields to help his clients achieve their goals.

In addition to being Of Counsel to Rick Law, Dan owns the Philadelphia Metro office of First Choice Business Brokerage, with over 10 agents serving Business Buyers and Sellers reaching their dreams and goals in their own business.

Daniel has 3 grown children and has won numerous championships as a youth basketball and baseball coach, has also won titles playing himself in hockey and basketball leagues, and has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe.
